Just a pretty seam.

Beads will lift the work if you think it needs something.
You could put the block aside for a day or two, then come back to it with fresh ideas. If you really believe that the seam on the right is too light, what about taking a darker color - maybe a rose or mauve or green - and doing a second feather, slightly off the first one? I agree with Jo that lots of things will resolve themselves as you finish the beading and embellishing.Susan https://www.blogger.com/profile/09159163720029661287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29651541.post-47945776843050070092007-02-26T07:18:00.000+01:002007-02-26T07:18:00.000+01:00Wilma, I think it may to early for you to worry ab...Wilma, I think it may to early for you to worry about the eye sliding off the block. I haven't done this class of Sharons, but when you get to bead and button trails, I think that will solve your problems!
For the seam on the right side, some small, flat round buttons would add weight to the seam.
Having said that, I think you should let the block evolve a little more.Jo in NZhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01158058861171114255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29651541.post-6516912087382748852007-02-25T19:25:00.000+01:002007-02-25T19:25:00.000+01:00Beautiful work!Beautiful work!Charlene ♥ NChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09356543817696065946noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29651541.post-87145535507503603002007-02-25T19:22:00.000+01:002007-02-25T19:22:00.000+01:00Oh Wilma, it's lovely!
