NEW DYB BLOCK FINISHED

This is the second block I had to embellish in the Do Your Block Round Robin of the Crazy Quilters Around the World group.
Th
is block is for Hideko in Japan. Her theme is Autumn Roses.
After a weekend of embellishing this is the result.
The whole weekend it was snowing and cold, so I have been sewing all day!

Wilma, that block is wonderful. I just love everything you did on it. I enlarged it the most I could and studied all your stitching. What are those little thread flowers in the bottom bouquet? Is that a Rosette, like is on pg. 75 in Dorothy Bond's book? Where you wrap the thread around and around the needle and then pull through and couch on two sides? Love that variegated thread, whatever the stitch is.
