ENCRUSTED CRAZY QUILT CLASSES Week 6
Unluckely my time is still limited due to my worksituation, but I managed to do some stitching this weekend. It is a pity that the lessons from Sharon have ended.
I enjoyed this lessons very much and learned a lot, so if you have the chance to take this lessons, I can highly recommend them. This week I have added several beads to the buttontrail, still doubt if it is not to strong now and embroidered the wagonwheels above the lace in the middle. Also made the spider and dragonfly, but still have a lot of work to do! This afternoon I had a nice phonecall from Ati in Norway and promised to show some pictures today, well here they are Ati, it was great talking to you!

Hi Wilma, your block looks beautiful. The buttons looks much nicer with the beads in between!
I like your dragonfly, it is very fragile and fits so good with your block. Love all your seams!

Wilma, you have done beautiful job with the block so far. I absolutely love the way you have used the bead to create that curve thru the buttons and up to the next seam. Fabulous!!

I agree, Wilma. I love the beadwork in the buttons. Your SRE is fabulous -- wish mine was that good!!

I too have enjoyed the class. I have learned so much and am eager to go on. I have you in my links on my blog and will keep an eye on what you're doing.

Good luck with your new job and hope you get more time to stitch!!

I love the way the spiderweb gives a curvy line at the top, and the button and bead trail gives one at the bottom. That spider swinging by a thread is so cute, too. I also like the tatted butterfly you did, and the square lace you added. Those green wheels look so good in that seam treatment.

I love the button trail. The beads around it are just lovely.
